Microtec GmbH was founded in  1992. Our goal was to bring in 20 years  of experience of mechanical processing in various companies  combined in one place. One of the main targets was to focus on the cryogenic grinding technology, which was at that time at a dead end situation. Due to the excellent performance of the whirl-wind grinding principle which was incorporated in our Turbo-Mill UTM line,  we have become the main supplier of this kind of mills. This prinziple performes especially in the ultrafine grinding results, due to the adjustable grinding gap. In addition we improved the bearing system to be durable also under extrem cold (Cryo) conditions. We conquered the market of cryo-grinding systems with the improved system.

Together with large influential companies we received outstanding results and improved over the years our technology  and focus on new targets.
